What injectables are offered at Revive Me MEDSPA?
- Juvederm, Radiesse, Belotero, Restylane, Versa, RHA Collection, Botox, Xeomin, Daxxify and Dysport
What should I do before my injectable treatment?
- Avoid taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen, Advil®, Motrin®, Nuprin®, Aleve®, Celebrex®, Fish oil, Ginkgo Biloba.
What are the common areas of treatment with fillers?
- Lips, Cheeks, Nasolabial Folds (Smile lines), Marionette lines, Chin, Jawline, ear lobes, neck lines, liquid rhinoplasty, temples, hands, Liquid BBL.
What should I expect after my filler appointment?
- Expect swelling, some bruising, tenderness, and redness. Swelling will be the most for the first 1-3 days and progressively continue to decrease. Bruising may also be present and should heal within 1-2 weeks. Avoid strenuous exercise, hot showers, sauna, sun exposure, alcohol, and taking NSAIDS.
What are some side effects or complications of fillers?
- Bruising, swelling, redness, pain, itching, solid nodules, hypersensitivity, and infection
What are the severe side effects of fillers?
- Hypersensitivity, tissue necrosis, and embolism with blindness
What are the common areas of treatment with Tox?
Between the brows “the 11s”, forehead, and around the eyes “Crow’s Feet”
When will I see the results of my Tox injections?
Around 1-3 days after injection, you will begin to see changes and will continue to increase for the next 14 days. Tox takes 2 full weeks for peak effect. For many, Tox lasts up to 3 months with little to no effect by the 4th month.
What are some side effects or complications of Tox?
- Tenderness to the injected area
- Bruising and swelling
- Temporary small bumps to the injection sites
- Headaches
- Drooping of the brow and/or eyelid
What are the severe side effects of Tox?
- Allergic Reaction
- Difficulty Breathing or swallowing
- Temporary Paralysis
- Please seek medical attention immediately if you experience any of these symptoms.
What should I do or not do after Tox treatment?
Do not touch or rub the injected site for 2-4 hours following treatment. Avoid exercise and sweating for the remainder of the day and no lying down or leaning forward for 2-4 hours after treatment. Avoid makeup to the injected side for at least 12 hours.
