What do I do before my treatment
Avoid taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen, Advil®, Motrin®, Nuprin®, Aleve®, Celebrex®, Fish oil, Ginko Biloba.

When will I see the results of my Tox injections?
Around 1-3 days after injection, you will begin to see changes and will continue to increase for the next 14 days. Tox takes 2 full weeks for peak effect. For many, Tox lasts up to 3 months with little to no effect by the 4th month.

What are some side effects or complications of Tox?

  • Tenderness to the injected area
    Bruising and swelling
  • Temporary small bumps to the injection sites
  • Headaches
  • Drooping of the brow and/or eyelid

What are the severe side effects of Tox?

  • Allergic Reaction
  • Difficulty Breathing or swallowing
  • Temporary Paralysis

Please seek medical attention immediately if you experience any of these symptoms.

What should I do or not do after Tox treatment?
Do not touch or rub the injected site for 2-4 hours following treatment. Avoid exercise and sweating for the remainder of the day and no lying down or leaning forward for 2-4 hours after treatment. Avoid makeup to the injected side for at least 12 hours.

How should I prepare for my filler appointment?

How do I take care after filler treatment?
Do not touch or rub the injected site for 2-4 hours following treatment. Avoid exercise and sweating for the remainder of the day and no lying down or leaning forward for 2-4 hours after treatment.


Where can fillers be placed?
Fillers can be placed in the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, jowls, smile lines, nose, temples, neck folds, under the eyes, hands, and buttocks among other places.


How long do fillers last?
Fillers can last 6-20 months depending on your body’s response and the type of product used.


Will I be bruised or have swelling after filler treatment?
Bruising and swelling is very common with filler injection. To reduce the chances, Arnicare can be used.


Are fillers reversible?
Most fillers are reversible and can be done so with an enzyme injection

What should I do Before Kybella Treatment?

What Should I Do After Kybella Treatment?
Do not touch or rub the injected site for 2-4 hours following treatment. Avoid exercise and sweating for the remainder of the day and no lying down or leaning forward for 2-4 hours after treatment. Ice can be added to help reduce swelling.


How long does swelling from Kybella last?
Swelling can last 3-6 weeks. Maximum results can be seen after 6 month

What Do I Need To Do Right Before My Appointment?
For best results, make sure to shave your treatment area 24-48 hours before your laser hair removal appointment. It’s also important that when you come in, your treatment is clean and free of makeup, lotions, deodorant, and any other ointments or topical products.


Can I Tan Prior to my Laser Hair Removal Appointment?
Avoid All Kinds of Tanning! Any skin darkening habits, from casual sun exposure to fake tanning, can compromise the effectiveness of the laser treatment. Try to make sure that your skin is at its natural color, and avoid unprotected sun exposure, tanning lotions, tanning beds, tanning sprays, and tanning solutions for at least 2 to 4 weeks before and after your treatment.


Skip These Hair Removal Methods
Aside from shaving, avoid all other hair removal methods for at least four weeks before your appointment. This includes waxing, bleaching, tweezing, threading, or epilating.


Avoid These Medications & Treatments
These topical creams and medications can interfere with the laser treatment and increase your risk of side effects.
For 3 days before and after your treatment, please avoid iron pills over 65 mg.
For two weeks prior to your treatment, avoid antibiotics, tretinoin/Retin-A, Aspirin, and any blood-thinning medications.
You cannot do laser hair removal if you’ve taken oral isotretinoin (Accutane) or immunosuppressants in the last 6 months.


Laser Hair Removal Aftercare
A bit of redness and irritation is normal after laser hair removal. To guarantee speedy, easy recovery, make sure to follow these aftercare practices.

  • If your skin is a little irritated, you can apply a cool compress, aloe vera, or skin-soothing lotions after the treatment.
  • Avoid any intense skin-renewing or exfoliating facial treatments, including microdermabrasion and chemical peels for at least 2 weeks before and after your laser treatment.
  • Avoid all unprotected sun exposure. Wear sun-protective clothing or sunscreen when going outdoors in the daytime.
  • Avoid sweating, intense exercise, or deodorant use for 24 hours after your treatment.
    For 24-72 hours after your treatment, avoid jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, or hot showers.
  • We normally recommend you wait ten days after your laser hair removal treatment before shaving again, to avoid irritation.

How do I prepare for my microneedling appointment?
Make sure you come in with a clean face without makeup or lotions or creams.


Is Microneedling painful?
Microneedling can be uncomfortable, but we add topical numbing to reduce the discomfort.


How many treatments will I need?
We recommend 3 treatments, but some patients may require more or less based on the severity of their condition.

How do I prepare for my chemical peel appointment?
Avoid using retinol for 7 days before your appointment.
Come to the appointment with a clean face without makeup, lotions, or creams

What should I expect at my appointment?

Our certified medical provider will evaluate the veins of concern and provide a thorough treatment place to achieve your aesthetic goals.
For laser treatment, the area must be free of hair, If needed, shaving should be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
